What's happening in February......

Coming again on February 13, 2010 is Candlelight Skiing at Interstate Park in St. Croix Falls, WI. Don't cross-country ski, no problem, then snow shoe or just hike the beautiful trails lined with luminaries.

Like to fish? There's the annual ice fishing contest on Big Lake on February 27, 2010 from 10 - 2. Big Lake is located on County Road K, outside Osceola and just 2-3 miles from our B&B.

Spring has sprung!

The ice has been off the lake for about a month now; the fishing has been pretty good, the leaves are starting to bud & the flowers are starting to bloom; the Orioles & hummingbirds have arrived; just wish the weather would warm up a little.

We've added a new patio area just off Julia's Room with a nice, relaxing view of the lake.

New Restaurant

Our area has a new restaurant! The Boulevard is located on Hwy. 35, in Dresser WI, just 5 miles north of Osceola and our B&B. Check out their web site: www.theblvdindresser.com The menu looks simple and affordable. We haven't had the opportunity to try it yet but will write a review as soon as we do.

As Valentines Day approaches, we are looking forward to spring.

Come join us for our first spring event: the Inns of the Valley Annual Chocolate March. Sundays in March you may tour several inns, in a different region, each Sunday and enjoy decadent chocolate samplings. Beginning in the northern region on March 1st you may tour Wissahickon Country Inn, in St. Croix Falls, WI, St. Croix River Inn and our Pleasant Lake B and B in Osceola, WI from 1-5 PM.
